Whether you’re collecting or redeeming L Keys, you need to do it in a PvP zone. This adds the risk of getting PKed. Konar is just a pain, if you want to collect rewards from keys then do wilderness slayer. Konar would be the best option if she didn't assign having to kill enemies in a specific location in order for it to count towards your slayer task.
