Call of Brine - double regression for 60s, first good skillcheck gives info. Overcharge - Starts at slightly slower regression, goes up to double regression over 30s, where it stays afterwards. Info if they screw up the special skillcheck they get when they first touch the gen. Both are better together, since they stack. It makes no sense. You start at doing worse than base regression (why.) and then ramp up to do Call of Brine's regression level only after 30 seconds. In making it so it's not as effective with Call of Brine, they'd made it so Overcharge is only going to be run in tandem with it, because its pointless to run it otherwise

You can easily push a gen back to nothing, from being 90%+ complete. Survivors really hate to see their work wasted, so they'll start trying to gen-tap to stop the regression...which only triggers the 2nd Overcharge effect, reducing gen progress ... The other way to look at it would be that Eruption is above the power curve, Call of Brine is at the curve, and all those other perks are below the power curve. That effect does not go away even when a survivor touches it. So, you kick a gen, survivor taps it and leaves. You Oppression another gen and the previous one still under Brine's effect explodes and regresses at Brine speed because it's still got the timer.
