The eu4 to vic3 converter seems to lack the converterfrontend.exe file. I'm new to converting and it seems that the github converter seems to lack the converterfrontend.exe so I'm unable to convert do you what should I do? What was the exact download link which you used? Maybe you got a broken version. All I've seen is EU to Vic, and then Vic to HoI.
