This is not a huge deal but I assume the 19 will handle better and be more accurate with less recoil than 43x. In every scenario you’re going to want the lightest most comfortable conceal carry along side the most accurate and highest possible bullet capacity. That identified a real part failure and eliminated any mystery or uncertainty about the cause. That would be worth checking immediately on the OP's G43X SSL.
