Iphone 13 can't hear caller unless on speaker
Options. Simple fix and I have repaired it a hundred times. Pretty sure the problem is that the earpiece speaker isn't sitting properly in its slot in the screen. You need to remove the bracket that holds the earpiece speaker, proximity sensor, rear facing camera. Pull the camera back and remove the earpiece speaker.Follow these steps to resolve the issue: 1. Increase the volume during the call. 2. Make sure nothing is blocking the receiver. If you're using a protective case or display film, remove it and try again. 3.
