The deck up down lever is on the right. Lever is movable, but deck does not move. Dealer is NOT helpful - that's an under statement, but there are other Kubota dealers in the area. I'm grateful for my neighbor mowing my yard but don't want to take advantage of his kindness. He won't even let me give him gas money for his riding mower.

If the rod bends, it will cause issues while adjusting the deck’s height and position and the only solution is to replace the bent rod. For this purpose, you’ve to take out the hex nut on the adjustment rod’s front side and take out the bent rod. Once the bent rod is out, put in the new one and screw in the hex nut.

That particular mower had been in a flooded area for who knows how long. You may get more responses if you add some detail to your story. Should be right behind the rear left wheel. My BX24 has a double nut on a linkage rod that will allow the mower to raise more or less & release pressure so the knob will turn easier.

From the back of the tractor above the left rear tire look at the 3 pth lift arm and you should see the rod that has a nut on it that goes forward to a rotating arm that lifts the mower deck linkages. Make sure everything is working with all those linkages. Thats the best I can describe it to you.
