Light builds are super op rn in pvp horses no withstanding. The DMG reduction is roughly 50,70,80 (light medium heavy). This assumes Epic Armor with + Armor thrall and +Armor Starmetal Attachments for light Armor. I would say in confined and group fights light is the best as position is king.
