3ph moves in conjunction with mower base so 3ph doesnt move then mower deck doesnt. The two are linked 3ph isnt moving aswell as mower deck. Ive tried adjusting the hydraulic control lever that should help for releasing and allowing smooth down transitions and it will turn and lock both ways and doesnt appear to have any issues.

Doesn't the BX1880 have an adjustment to how far the deck raises by turning a nut on the linkage connecting the 3PH to the deck lift hardware. Should be right behind the rear left wheel.
