Hello Les Paul lovers! :) I need your opinion! I recently saw and enjoyed a new les paul special with a very strange serial number in a local shop near my town, which is also a Gibson dealer. It has 9 digits and starts with 22. Since I know the first two digits indicate the year of manufacture...The numbers appear as the 5th and 6th digits in the serial number. This information has not been officially confirmed by Epiphone.
